InnovaCare, Leading In Health Care Services in Puerto Rico

Since its inception, InnovaCare has tried it’s best to be a leader in the healthcare segment, offering services to patients at low rates, and in their time of need. InnovaCare workers on a unique membership program through which patients can avail of their facilities when they need to. The registration for any of the membership plans of the company entails a simple form that one can fill online, after which they have to pay an individual coverage fee depending on the plan that they choose. Conducting its operations in Puerto Rico, InnovaCare continues to offer high-quality medical solutions to the patients coming to any one of their outlets.

One of the main reasons why InnovaCare has emerged as such a big success in the medical field is owing to its outstanding leadership, who guide the company with their expertise and experience. The backbone of the company would have to be its CEO Dr. Rick Shinto. Dr. Rick has been working in the medical field for quite a while and s a practicing pulmonologist. He has collaborated with numerous offices and hospitals over the years, which has all contributed to him being the kind of doctor he is today. He also has exceptional leadership skills, leading InnovaCare in a direction that is favorable for their growth and development.

Working in this field for over twenty years, Rick knew what InnovaCare would need to grow and give the best of services to their patients. He was one of the main driving forces of the creation of membership plans, the business model which InnovaCare operates out of today. Having that much experience in the field, he knew that different people have different needs when it comes to healthcare, and having a ‘one size fits all’ mentality would not benefit the company in any way. Therefore, he formulated different plans to meet different needs and budget sizes, to give InnovaCare’s customers a medical coverage that is best suited to all their needs.

The second reason why InnovaCare has become a success in the medical industry is owing to Penelope Kokkinides. Penelope Kokkinides currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer of InnovaCare. She too has had a tremendous amount of experience working in the field of medicine and thus has been able to translate this knowledge and skill over to her work at InnovaCare. She is responsible for all the administrative and operational workings of the company. Read more about her interview on Ideamensch.com

Together, Penelope Kokkinides and Dr. Rick Shinto have merged their skills and taken InnovaCare to new heights making it the company it is today. Over the years, InnovaCare has been the number one choice for health services among a lot of people in Puerto Rico. The company has served over a million customers since it’s inception and continues to be of service to the people and the community. According to hrmronline.com,
